Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process
- Contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack item securely in original packaging.
- Ship to the address provided.
- Refund processed after inspection (7-10 business days).
Refund Methods
Refunds to original payment method within 7-10 business days. COD orders refunded via bank transfer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund including return shipping.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Shipped orders must be processed as returns.
