Refund & Returns Policy

At Qyntvar Traders Private Limited, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy is designed in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within seven (7) days from delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact, and not in the non-returnable category.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or neglect
• Gift cards and promotional items

Return Process

Contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day window with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the order must be processed as a return.
