Warranty Information
All products sold on qyntvar.shop are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty claims for defective products are handled as follows:
- Manufacturer Warranty: Where the product carries a manufacturer warranty, claims must be directed to the manufacturer with proof of purchase from qyntvar.shop. We will provide a valid invoice as proof of authorized purchase.
- Seller Warranty: For products without manufacturer warranty, Qyntvar Traders provides a 30-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
- Warranty Claim Process: Contact customer service at [email protected] with your order number, description of the defect, and photographs. We will advise whether the claim falls under manufacturer or seller warranty and guide you through the process.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to product instructions.
